“Of all the words of mice and men, the saddest are, It might have been.” ― Kurt Vonnegut

Regrets.

We all have some. They tend to pile up as the hands of time chronicle our race to the end. I’ve got regrets, you’ve got regrets.

What if we didn’t have to just accept this painful emotion? What if we could at least lessen its impact on our final hours.

Fortunately we know the biggest regrets that people experience because they have told us. Knowing these gives each of us a chance to deal with them. Face them and possibly make a course correction. It gives you an insider tip. What you do with this of course is always the question.

Grace Bluerock spent 6 years working in Hospice. She listed the 9 most common regrets people have at the end of their life. You can read about them here.
