Through the power of self regulation, you can start actually listening to yourself and following through to do the things you know you should and want to do as well as the things you know you shouldn’t do. Self regulation is like a muscle that can be trained and can be strengthened by exercising it. It’s time to go to the gym!

One of the most exciting parts of creating forward momentum in your life is honing in on your habits! Habits are one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle when it comes to reaching our goals--both short-term and long-term alike. Developing healthy habits helps us to stay focused, organized, and motivated to pursue our dreams. And by intentionally creating better habits, we can make progress faster than ever before! It's empowering to recognize that by making minor tweaks to our everyday lives we can achieve amazing things.
